With a large and beautiful garden along the main river, it’s perfect for relaxing with family and friends, fishing, sailing, and just simply watching the world go by. The cottage quite simply has it all!
And if you can bear to tear yourself away from the cottage, all your amenities are just a short stroll into Wroxham.

Just wanted to feedback that, despite the most foul weather last week, we had a lovely time staying at Waters Edge.
As there was no visitors book I’d be grateful if you would pass on our comments to the owners who we did meet last year when we were staying at Wilderness. So glad we booked Waters Edge!
Waters Edge is by far the best property we have ever stayed in. We have been coming to Norfolk for about 30 years, firstly on the boats then in cottages by the river. The quality of the fixtures and fittings, bed linen and towels was very high standard. The cleanliness was second to none.
Even though we were not able to use the outside space and garden furniture due to the constant rain we still enjoyed the outlook.
The owners must be so proud to have this second home and we feel privileged to be able to stay there.
Looking forward to next year! Just hoping for better weather.
