Very spacious property with lots of space for 6 adults and 1 dog
Comy beds with clean bedding etc sinks very small difficult to wash in.
Had to supply toilet roll as not enough left for us and also dishwasher tablets only supplied 1.
There wasn’t any enclosed space for the dog it
was a bit of grass partly fenced with openwater to one side. Only enough room for 2 cars really but otherwise very peacful with lovely views watching the wild life.

Just to clarify for future guests, as this is self-catering accommodation, we provide a starter supply of essentials on arrival, including one toilet roll per toilet and one dishwasher tablet. Guests are advised to bring or purchase any additional supplies they may require for the duration of their stay.
With regard to the garden, the property is not advertised as being fully enclosed or fenced off from the river, and the photographs on the listing show the waterside setting and garden layout. As with many of our Norfolk Broads properties, particular care is therefore needed with dogs and children around the water.
