Bringing or hiring a boat? Private mooring is available at the front of the property, making Waters Edge a lovely base for exploring the Norfolk Broads by water.

Enjoying the riverside garden: The cottage sits directly beside the River Bure. Children should be closely supervised around the water, decking and mooring areas at all times.

Accessibility: Ramp access is provided from the driveway to the front door and to the riverside decking and mooring. There are also two ground-floor bedrooms and a ground-floor shower room. Barbecues and fires: To protect this beautiful thatched property, barbecues and outdoor fires are not permitted.
