Waterside decked boardwalk area (30ft) with seating for 2 outside the bedroom doors. Private mooring & large grassed back garden with bbq area and 2 bench seats for those sunny evenings and eating al fresco. Private parking for 3 cars. River fishing from deck (in season).

Having decided not to do Christmas in 2025 and going for a long weekend to Norfolk instead, this was absolutely perfect for us and we had a lovely time and the location and property was absolutely great! Thank you!
(PS. the only criticism we had was the balcony and furniture on it was absolutely covered in what looked like very old bird poo, so on the beautiful Saturday morning we had, we couldn’t use this space for a nice breakfast coffee in the sun. If this was all kept clean and usable, I would have gone 5 stars!)

We are so sorry for the balcony furniture, if you had called us we would of course have come and cleaned this for you. Sadly the wildlife do like to sit up there and enjoy the view too.
