Reviews for Waters Edge

The accommodation is beautiful and everything you need is there.

The walk from the car park involves a steep bridge that we were not aware of. Being in our 70’s this was a little difficult even with the trolley provided to carry your tackle and luggage. £35 for car parking for the week was unexpected.

Once you are settled it’s amazing.

Response from The Norfolk Broads | Riverside Rentals

Thank you for your feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you found the accommodation beautiful, well equipped and enjoyed your stay once settled.

We’re sorry to hear that you found the walk from the car park challenging. We appreciate that the bridge may be more difficult for some guests, particularly when carrying luggage, which is why a trolley is provided at the property to assist.

We would also like to clarify that there is no £35 weekly parking charge associated with your stay. As discussed with you, permit parking is provided, and full details and instructions for this are sent with the arrival information prior to your holiday. Unfortunately, on this occasion these instructions were not followed and we were not contacted at the time regarding the parking. Had you contacted us, we would have been very happy to help, as we have done when guests have experienced difficulties with the parking arrangements.

Thank you again for your comments, and we’re pleased that you otherwise enjoyed the accommodation and your stay.
