Sleeps 6 - Cottage set right on the banks of the River Bure in Wroxham, near to the heart of the village, perfect walking distance from all of the shops and eateries.
Sleeps 6 – two double rooms upstairs and one twin bedded room downstairs.
Modern wood clad property on a quiet back water off the Main River Bure in Wroxham. Lots of space in the garden for fishing or perhaps hiring a boat for your holiday. Large decked area with garden furniture for you to sit and enjoy the evening sun for a large G&T. Relax, pour, enjoy.
The lounge, dining area and kitchen are all in one large room with french doors that open onto the enclosed decking which is gated to keep small children and pets safe from the waters edge. There are two toilets, one with bath upstairs and one with shower downstairs.
The coast is only 20 minutes drive away and the city of Norwich just 15 minutes by train, bus or car. The lodge has its own off road car parking with space for at least 3 cars. All bedding, towels, electricity and gas are included in the price. Private fishing from the garden, licence is required.
STRICTLY a no smoking property. Smokers are allowed to smoke outside but not inside the house.

Excellent property. My friend caught 30 fish. All shops literally 5 mins walk plus boat hire and fishing tackle shop. Vets about 200 yards over the bridge. Walcott beach 30 minutes away. Every kind of food and takeaway within 5 minutes walk. Never did any long drives very relaxing as I am usually the tour guide. Will return. Five road closures on way home and my satnav couldn’t reroute me…gone onto WAZE on my mobile with live updates. Take a big hat when on the veranda to shade your face from the sun. All kinds of birds to feed. Brilliant. Thank you
