The generous waterside garden is one of Bittern's real highlights. With approximately 60ft of secluded river frontage, there's plenty of space to sit back and enjoy the surroundings.

The large lawn and patio area includes a BBQ area with BBQ and exterior lighting, making it a lovely spot for enjoying warmer days and evenings beside the water.

Fishing is available from the property during the open season, while the private mooring is ideal if you're planning to hire or bring a suitable boat during your stay.

Plenty of space for family and friends

Bittern sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms, with two bedrooms conveniently situated on the ground floor.

Downstairs you'll find a double bedroom and twin bedroom, together with a family bathroom with shower and a separate WC.

Upstairs there is a further double bedroom and twin bedroom, plus a shower room with walk-in shower and WC.

Having bedrooms and bathroom facilities on both floors makes Bittern particularly practical for families and groups holidaying together.

The spacious open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area gives everyone plenty of room to spend time together, with river views adding to the relaxed Broads atmosphere.

Electric heating is provided throughout, with bed linen, towels, fuel and heating costs all included.

Waterside location: Bittern has unfenced river frontage, so children must be closely supervised around the water at all times.

Parking: Private parking for two cars is approximately 50 metres' walk from the property.

Boathouse access: Access to the boathouse is required during stays. This is from the rear of the house and should not affect your holiday.
