With a large and beautiful garden along the main river, it’s perfect for relaxing with family and friends, fishing, sailing, and just simply watching the world go by. The cottage quite simply has it all!
And if you can bear to tear yourself away from the cottage, all your amenities are just a short stroll into Wroxham.

Stayed at Waters Edge Cottage from 27th July 2021 for 7 days, this is the 3rd year we have enjoyed our staycation and have booked again for next year. We have an adult son who requires a wheelchair and this property has ramped access and decking around the cottage, large bedrooms and easy access to ground floor shower/toilet. We were so lucky to have a week of blue skies and sun, plenty of fans available for warm nights. Made full use of garden with eating outside in the evening, large kitchen with every appliance to hand. Enjoyed our daily walk into Wroxham and The Kings Head pub garden on the river. Riverside Rentals have always been easy to communicate with and happy with there service.
