This wooden cottage is an absolute home from home and bound to be a real favourite! In fact upon visiting this lovely property for the first time, we announced that we’d like to move in!
Conveniently positioned down a quiet lane, it’s just a 10 minute walk from all of Wroxham’s amenities.
Upon entering The Firs, it is light, airy and spacious. And you can’t help but mutter a little ‘wow’! There are two large kingsize bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, a family bathroom and a large open-planned living area with a vaulted and beamed ceiling. The modern, well stocked kitchen opens onto the lounge, which has wonderful views over the garden and water outside. Large bifold doors mean that wherever you are in the living area, you can enjoy the views, and on a beautiful day, where better to sit with a cuppa (or something stronger!) than on the decking or in the garden.
After a day out exploring the Norfolk Broads, you’ll be looking forward to getting home to this lovely cottage and simply relaxing in the beautiful surroundings, both inside and outside. And by the end of your stay, we are sure you’ll feel refreshed and ready to plan your next visit.
There is ramp access to the front door from the parking area (step access in the garden).

STRICTLY a no smoking property. Smokers are allowed to smoke outside but not inside the house. Sorry no pets permitted here.

We have just returned from a week at The Firs. The property is lovely, very clean and good quality furniture.
The location is fantastic, we had a wonderful time watching ‘our’ heron family, the swan family and the ducks.
Its a short walk into Hoveton/Wroxham and as ever, Roy’s did not disappoint. It also made a great base for exploring from. We usually have a cruiser but this holiday wanted the opportunity to see further than the quayside.
I love cooking on holiday, and would have liked some additional utensils such as a whisk, and a knife sharpener (they were so blunt). Easily remedied though at Roys.
Remember though to take your passwords for your streaming accounts as the TV is viewed through the internet due to signal issues with an aerial. But who needs TV when you have the most amazing views from your veranda.
We would go again to the Firs as it was in such a great place and was comfortable and warm.
