End of terrace and overlooking a large basin and out over the main river and the comings and goings of everyday life on the river. The perfect escape for a couple it offers the peace and quiet we all desire and is just a short walk back into the hustle and bustle of Wroxham.

Ideal location. Near to town shops and eateries, but at the same time quiet and peaceful. Always something going on on the water, boats or wildlife. Clean,warm and well equipped.
Perfect spot for exploring the area. Would certainly go again.
