A truly unique property set on the banks of the River Bure in Horning. Bureville was completely rebuilt in 2002 and is first class is every department. She offers sleeping for 10 in 3 separate buildings, 6 in the main house, 2 in The Pod (annexe) and a further 2 in the self-contained boat house. With amazing views over Norfolk marshland, over 100ft of quay headed mooring & accessed via a wood chip road she will give you a truly authentic Norfolk Broads holiday.

Master bedroom with views of the river & queen size bed & TV. Twin bedroom with hanging space and drawers, flat screen TV. River Fishing from the garden in season – can you catch a bream? Fabulous pike fishing behind the property in a dyke. A fishing licence is required.
Smoking outside please but away from any buildings and decking. All electricity & gas costs are included. No BBQ's are permitted here.
Well behaved pets welcome here (small charge) and the garden is enclosed.
This property has an unfenced river front so children must be supervised. Access road is not suitable for low suspension vehicles, also a heigh restriction of 2.3m max.
Unoccupied buildings will NOT be let out to anyone else during your stay, they will remain unoccupied.
Boathouse unavailable for winter months, max occupancy is 8 people November through to March.

The property is in a good location, offers plenty of space generally. The separate sleeping arrangements meant people weren’t living in each other’s pockets. The house was well equipped. The fishing was good. We had a good time. The river was busy and activity very entertaining. Gave a 4 rating as some minor attention is needed to the paintwork etc that shows sign of age.
