Waters Edge is a gorgeous thatched chocolate box cottage on the banks of the River Bure in Wroxham. Nestled away, in a peaceful location, the views are simply stunning.

With a large and beautiful garden along the main river, it’s perfect for relaxing with family and friends, fishing, sailing, and just simply watching the world go by. The cottage quite simply has it all!

Reviews for Waters Edge Cottage – Wroxham

26 August 2026

I highly recommend this cottage. It is paradise.

Lesley and Tony , neighbour/owners welcomes us in.

My stay with 5 others was hassle free .

The property was clean and all facilities worked perfect.

So close to Wroxham and the beaches.

An ideal spot for fishing, or watching/feeding the swans and ducks. Otters show their cheeky faces regularly.

I am back in London now refreshed having spent a week in this beautiful cottage.I cannot wait to return.

Respect,

Seamus
