One of Swan Cottage's biggest attractions is its location.

You're just a short stroll from the heart of Horning, making it easy to head out for a meal, wander through the village or simply enjoy the atmosphere of one of the Norfolk Broads' best-known riverside villages.

The river is close by too. Just across from the cottage you'll find the public staithe, where you can sit on the green and watch the boats passing along the River Bure.

If you'd like to spend a day on the water yourself, dayboats can be hired locally in Horning.

Plenty of room for the whole family

Don't be fooled by the cottage exterior – Swan Cottage is surprisingly spacious inside, with four bedrooms sleeping up to eight guests.

There are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite, a small double bedroom and a twin bedroom, giving families and groups plenty of flexibility.

The fully fitted kitchen has everything needed for easy self-catering, while the comfortable living spaces make it just as easy to enjoy a relaxed evening at home.

Swan Cottage is a particularly good choice if you love being near the river but would prefer not to have a waterside garden.

There's no river frontage immediately outside the property, making the setting different from many of our waterside cottages while still keeping you close to everything Horning and the Norfolk Broads have to offer.
