Broadwater is in the heart of Wroxham a two minute walk from all the shops and a stones throw away from the main river. This upside-down property gives you best of both worlds, with a gorgeous riverside garden to sit in and relax or fish and an upstairs the lounge with a beautiful view around the basin.

The property sits just off the main river but there is still plenty to see when sitting and whiling away the hours in the garden, with views of the main river too as you watch the river traffic go past. Access is also given to the decked area next door for those fishermen that wish to spread out a little.

The kitchen is situated downstairs and also the en-suite King-size bedroom. The lounge is situated upstairs with a balcony that is a total sun trap, beautiful views (as you can see from the pictures) from this balcony. I can see you now with a bottle or two up here sitting in the sunshine for your relaxing break away in our outstanding Norfolk Broads National Park.

STRICTLY a no smoking property. Parents Beware: This property has an unfenced river frontage, please be aware of this with children. 1 well behaved pet allowed here.

Boat and pedalo not included and will be removed.
