Sleeps 4 - Perfectly designed modern well equipped cottage in sought after Ferry Marina. Includes free Wifi.

Sleeps 4 (1 Kingsize bedroom & 1 Twin bedroom).

A modern, well-equipped and welcoming cottage on the desirable Ferry Marina. Perfectly laid out with open plan living on the ground floor with two nice sized bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.

French doors from the lounge look out onto wonderful watery views. You may even get a little tap at the door from a little feathery friend, so have your bread crumbs at the ready! Enjoy al fresco dining on the patio, private fishing from the decked area, or just while away the hours with a good book, or watching the comings and goings on the water. Bliss!

This cottage is in a fabulous location for you to explore the Broads by river, foot, cycling or car. Within walking distance from the heart of the village (approx 10 mins from the house), on the way you will find a pub too (includes free Wifi). If you don’t fancy walking that far, just pop along to The Ferry Inn for some food and sit in their river garden and watch the world go by (just a minute's walk from the house).

Lovely holiday rental in Ferry Marina, everything provided that you could possibly need for a week or two stay. Spotlessly clean, and comfortable, excellent Wi-fi and so peaceful and quiet.
We had Mallards, Egyptian Geese, Pied Wagtail, and a very friendly Heron visiting everyday with the Heron tapping his beak on the window for some attention, absolutely brilliant !!!
Would definitely recommend for a stay if visiting the Norfolk Broads.
