Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us. We were blessed with glorious weather and were so 'at home' at Water's Edge that we barely moved away!
We very much hope to have the opportunity to stay here again!
Stayed end of October 2019
Had another great week and the cottage was as lovely as the last time we were there. The Russian geese visited for most of the week, knocking on the door for more food!
My husband and son fished all week and caught fish everyday.
The weather was cold but hey-ho, it was the end of October, and at least it was dry!
Can't wait to go back for the third time!
A bit disappointed with Waters Edge.A few cleanliness issues which I e.mailed to the booking office as my phone signal was very poor. Reply received on Thursday, sayimg issues would be passed to owner and cleaner. The website describes the cottage as "a short walk from Lathams car park via a pathway"Can I suggest that this is amended as there is a VERY steep footbridge over the inlet from the river to the Marina, midway between the car park an the cottage. When pulling a laden luggage trolley,(which we didn't know was available until we arrived at the cottage) is very hard work, after carrying a couple of bags, a good half mile.We know that access to most of the cottages in Potter Heigham is on foot,a flat pathway would not have been a problem. The footbridge should be mentioned, as this may well have affected our decision to book this property.
Just returned from a perfect stay at waters edge A place to stay to relax and unwind no need to leave potter heigham as as shop and tearoom a short walk away we hope to return
Fantastic warm, comfortable cottage with ever thing you need to make your holiday a home from home, have just booked again for next year.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at watersedge. The bungalow is very comfortable, clean and has most things that you need. Would certainly book it again and recommend it.
Would highly recommend this comfortable and warm chalet. We had a very relaxing and peaceful long weekend just watching the world and wildlife pass by our windows. Everything you could want is a short walk away ie shop and places to eat. Superb location we will be booking again.
Just had wonderful 2 weeks at Waters Edge. Lovely property. Great to watch the world go by on the water.
Just returned from a lovely week in waters edge. A very comfortable property, and ideally situated. Not far to travel to the local beauty spots and pubs.

I would just like to say that we had a wonderful time last week.We have recommended it already and will be looking again next summer.
