Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us.We have been blessed with glorious weather and were so 'at home' here at Water's Edge Cottage that we barely moved away!We very much hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.Elaine and Keith, Sutton Coldfield.18th May 2019
What a fabulous cottage! Spotlessly clean, well laid out, well maintained and lovely gardens. Its a great location, very peaceful & relaxing with fantastic views of the river, we all loved every minute of it. Fishing was good except for 'the one that got away' but that's another tale!I'm sure we will be visiting again soon.
The gardens were absolutely fabulous and the interior decor was of a very high standard.
Everything was easy to find and use and the house was lovely and clean.
There was ample parking for a few cars.
We had a great time with the family and we're looking forward to returning next year!
Just wanted to feedback that, despite the most foul weather last week, we had a lovely time staying at Waters Edge.
As there was no visitors book I’d be grateful if you would pass on our comments to the owners who we did meet last year when we were staying at Wilderness. So glad we booked Waters Edge!
Waters Edge is by far the best property we have ever stayed in. We have been coming to Norfolk for about 30 years, firstly on the boats then in cottages by the river. The quality of the fixtures and fittings, bed linen and towels was very high standard. The cleanliness was second to none.
Even though we were not able to use the outside space and garden furniture due to the constant rain we still enjoyed the outlook.
The owners must be so proud to have this second home and we feel privileged to be able to stay there.
Looking forward to next year! Just hoping for better weather.
I have an adult son who is disabled and needs to be transferred from car to cottage, this beautiful cottage has everything from ramped decking to wide doors and large rooms, access to ground floor and garden very easy. This has made his and our holiday perfect. The owners have thought of everything with Sky Q TV and fast internet, the kitchen is large and has every appliance and utensils you could wish. The Garden and veranda has great views of the river and a safe area for BBQ's. ample private parking, we have already booked for next year.
We've been visiting Norfolk annually for many years and this is by far the best property we have ever stayed in. A gem of a find - such a pity so many others share our view!
We had a lovely weeks stay at Waters Edge Cottage, it was a very peaceful retreat to relax and recharge. Absolutely stunning inside and out 10/10. We didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend.
Wonderful week, great weather, fabulous cottage only negative the pike got away.A typical anglers tale however returning in March to try again, would recommend as cottage is the best we have stayed at in Norfolk
Just returned from a fantastic week here. The accommodation was first class. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything you could need was included, a real cooks kitchen! Beds super comfy, homely and great location. We didn't want to come home! We hope to return. Just beautiful.
Just returned from our glorious week in this delightful cottage. It was a privilege to stay here. Extremely comfortable and well equipped. Stunning views but not good for fishing. I hope we will return. I could have stayed for a very long time. Highly recommended.
We have just come back after a fantastic week in this beautiful property. It is a great house which has a superb set up and is extremely well equipped. It has a stunning garden and view.We would highly recommend this property and hope to return soon.
10/10 for this property, we have staying on the broads for 15 years and its the best property we haveever had. Although the fishing wasnt the best. The quality of the property from the inside to the outside was done in a very high standard.Highly recommend.and a complement to the owners.
Everything about this property was stunning. From the views on the river to the comfort and cleanliness of the accommodation - we enjoyed every minute. Room enough for grandchildren to play safely outside to the peace of an evening by the water's edge. The fans in the bedrooms were most welcome during the heatwave. We look forward to returning in future.
