Stayed here with family for two weeks in August , had a lovely time , setting was ideal, great fishing from the garden and lovely village . Cottage was clean and well kept , owners looked after us very well . Boat hire just a few yards away , enjoyed the boat . Would definitely go again .
We had a fantastic week here, very relaxing with lovely views directly out onto the River. A Peaceful time with an array of Wildlife to watch. The cottage is great, very private with open plan living space with huge windows and doors looking out over the river. Very well presented, clean & tidy with everything you need for a cosy stay. Close & within walking distance to all the Eating establishments and local shops in Horning. We shall be back as this was the perfect week away to unwind. Thanks
Absolutely wonderful holiday! Cottage was absolutely fab too! Plenty of room for us all (me, hubby and two young sons aged 4 and 7, mum and dad, and my neice and her two young kiddies too aged 2 and 4) and we all fitted in the cottage perfectly (used a travel cot also). Loved the fact the cottage all on one level and all rooms off the main living area. Cottage was clean & lovely furniture too. Perfect location, hired day boat and could moor up right outside! Would recommend this cottage 100%.
Fantastic. Only booked for a short break. Wish we had booked for longer. Most relaxing holiday we have ever had. Cottage lovely and well equipped. Views stunning and wildlife a pleasure to watch.
Had a brilliant holiday, took mum and day (aged late 70,s) they could relax and watch the world go by, family from France joined us, plus 2 nephews at each end of the week. hired a day boat. brought back memories from a visit 30plus yrs ago. Will not leave it so long to visit again. cottage lovely, garden secure enough to let the dog wander outside. need a lot more space to say how much we all enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much.
Lovely little cottage on the river...very relaxing! Beautiful village too. Booking and checking in/out process was hassle-free. May well return later in the year .
Excellent cottage, excellent weather. this is not our first time in this area, Best cottage and location of them all. So good in fact that we purchased a boat so that we can stay more times in the year.
Rented Owlswick for 1 week mid June. Lovely cottage in an ideal location, beautifully maintained. Carol was so helpful and made available boats at very short notice. Highly recommended.
All 8 of us thoroughly ejoyed our weekend together. the cottage had plenty of room and is in a brilliant location. We hired a boat for the 2 days which was great fun and so relaxing. Hope to return some time. Friendly and helpful owners who left us to our own devices but were only too pleased to help.
Lovely cottage in a beautiful, private location, yet handy for all amenities. Hire a boat for the week, its well worth it ! looking down the dyke at sunrise is like looking at a Monet painting.
Lovely cottage stayed here twice the owners Carole is a lovely person always willing to help. Richard and Claire so friendly cottages always beautiful and clean. The area in which it is set is ideal for the shops and you can hire a boat for the day from the owners. Disabled access fantastic.
