Fantastic stay. Lovely cottage. Would recommend and will be booking again.
Our family had a wonderful break over the October half term at Cormorant Cottage. The cottage and the views were amazing. Great place for family days out, walking, fishing and just watching the boats go by. We will definitely be going back.
My partner and I along with my parents stayed here and we had a fantastic week. The cottage is spacious and very well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant holiday. It's a great location for walking and cycling with a few nice pubs nearby and even a local brewery! My partner and dad enjoyed many hours fishing at the end of the garden while the ladies tended to the BBQ.
It's a great place to relax but if you're feeling more adventurous like we were you can hire a boat or kayaks to travel along the many rivers or have a walk to Britain's remotest railway station at Berney Arms.
Overall we loved our stay and will definitely be returning.
My husband and I had a wonderful week at cormorant cottage, beautiful view from the lounge,I made sure I was up at 6.30 every morning to sit on the comfy sofa and wait for the first boat to drift by.A truly lovely place and would recommend this cottage to anybody that is just wanting to sit back and chill
